Welcome to OJAROFFICIAL.UK, Bahwan Lifestyle LLC” maintains the www.ojarofficial.uk Website ("Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety, please do not place any order with us. 

The OJAROFFICIAL.UK website is provided solely for your personal use. You may not use this website for any commercial purpose.

You will be purchasing delivery services from OJAR designated courier service.

These terms and conditions will apply to all orders delivered and are in addition to the general terms and conditions, which together govern your contract with us for the sales of products and your contract with OJAR.

References in these Terms and Conditions to “we”, “us” and “OJAR” are to BAHWAN LIFESTYLE LLC, established and registered as a UAE company located at B1601, Tower B, Opus Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. PO.Box 500061. 

Eligibility & Registration. 

To be able to purchase and receive the products you may register for an account on the Site.

When you register, you will be required to provide information about yourself including, but not limited to, your name, telephone number and email address, which is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects.

To use certain portion of site, you are not required to sign up for an account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account information updated.

You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and for keeping your account password secure.

You must notify us immediately of any change in your eligibility to use the Site, breach of security or unauthorized of your account. You have the ability to delete your account at any time.

Online Shopping

OJAR takes all reasonable care to ensure that all details, prices, photographic representations and descriptions of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the appearances, colors, textures or finishes of our products that appear on the website. What you see will depend on your monitor and computer equipment, we are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. Please refer to our Returns Policy of you are unhappy with your purchase.

Payment.

Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in GBP will be accepted for payment. The rate of exchange will be determined by the exchange rate prevailing at the time of purchase. Any applicable additional processing or administration charge shall be borne by you.

All product prices shown on the website are inclusive of any applicable France, United Kingdom & UAE VAT.

Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the point at which your order is dispatched.

Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records & Merchant policies & rules.

User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

All credit/debit card are subject to validation checks and authorization by the issuer of the card, If the issuer of the card does not authorize the payment, OJAR will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of the products.

Order confirmation will be received via email with a receipt of payment.

The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.

Order Process

All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

We will notify you by email to acknowledge receipt of your order and provide you with an order number. If we are unable to fulfil your order following this acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this. 

We will confirm acceptance of your order by sending you an email that confirms that the products have been dispatched.

We reserve the right to fulfil multiple orders separately, which may mean they are dispatched separately by our carrier.

Non-acceptance of your order may be due to any one or more of the following non-exhaustive reasons:

  • The product you ordered is out of stock.
  • Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment;
  • We have identified a pricing or product description error;
  • There is a failure to meet the eligibility to order.
  • There is a system or procurement failure; and failed customer validation checks.

Delivery

We deliver our products to United Kingdom, France and UAE. Shipping will be done by a third -party courier.

Delivery fees will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location.

OJAR offers free standard delivery for order value equal to and over €200 for France, £180 for UK and AED 800 for UAE. For customers from France, if the order value is less than €200, a shipping fee of €8 will be applied. For customers from UK, if the order value less than £180, a shipping fee of £15 will be applied. For customers from UAE, If the order vales us less than AED 800, a shipping fee of AED 18 will be applied.

Orders are delivered within 2 to 5 working days from date of order confirmation, although these timing cannot be guaranteed and may vary according to the delivery address and the chosen shipping method.

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working day(s). Any order received on holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Working days are from Sunday to Thursday and excludes Friday, Saturday and public holidays.

Your shipment can be tracked online by entering your tracking number. For customers from UAE, you can track your order on www.aramex.com. For customers from UK, you can track your order on www.chronopost.com. For customers from France, you can track your order on www.laposte.fr

Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty or indemnity, and cannot be used as the reason for cancelling the order.

OJAR will not be liable for any strikes, bad weather or any other emergency case or situation beyond its control including war, riots, floods, epidemics, embargoes and other acts of god or any changes in law that would cause delivery delays.

Your order will be shipped to the delivery address you provided at the checkout. Please make sure to provide all details (ie. Apartment/Building/Street number).

We are not able to process orders to a P.O Box address and cannot arrange for order collection in a shop.

If the package appears to have been opened, damaged or suffered any mishandling, the customer must write on the delivery notification of any concern(s).

Order Cancellation 

If you are a UK, EU or UAE customer, you have the right to cancel your order provided that you notify us in writing no later than 14 working days after the day on which you receive your products, please contact OJAR Customer Service team by email customercare@ojarofficial.com

If you cancel your order but do not send off such Products to us within 14 working days of notifying us of cancellation, we shall be entitled to withhold payment of any refund.

If, for any reason, you wish to cancel any order you have placed before it has been collected for dispatch by your carrier, please contact OJAR Customer Service team by email customercare@ojarofficial.com.

As it is our policy to try to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to stop an order from being collected by your carrier for dispatch. After collection by your carrier for dispatch our Returns Policy will apply.

If, for any reason, you wish to cancel an order for which you have completed the payment process, you may notify us within 2 hours from the time of order confirmation for processing the cancellation. You may do so by contacting our OJAR Customer Service team by email customercare@ojarofficial.com. In such an event, please allow us 30 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Returns Policy 

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

We will refund or exchange any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of the item being delivered by our carrier to your nominated address. Please return items in their original condition, unused, in their original packaging.

We cannot refund or exchange goods that have been opened and tested.

We will refund the price you paid for the Products, although, as permitted by law, please note we may reduce your refund to reflect any deduction in the value of the Products, if this has been caused by your handling them in an inappropriate way.

How to Return or Exchange

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we have a 14 day returns policy.

Please make sure that any items you would like to return are unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition.

Once we have received the item(s) a refund will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow us 30 days for the refund transfer to be completed. If you purchased the Products with a voucher code, we will provide you a new voucher.

Returns Fees.

Free returns are not available on orders. OJAR will also not refund the original delivery charge or customs duties charged to you at checkout and paid to your local customs authority.

Please use your local and trusted postal service for returns. We recommend you use a tracked and insured services as we will not be liable for any risk, loss or damage.

OJAR carrier can handle the return, in that case please note that the fee will be deducted to your total refund.

Provided you return your products in accordance with the returns policy and the steps outlined, OJAR will be able to refund to you the amount applicable to your product.

We will not be able to process a return until we receive your products and they have been checked.

Intellectual and industrial property.

All content available on the Site, including, but no limited to, design, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, data compilations are the property of OJAR by BAHWAN LIFESTYLE LLC and protected by copyright laws. 

The content and the trademarks may not be used, reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, accessed, modified, or otherwise exploited, in full or in part, for any purpose without our prior written consent.

Children’s privacy

If you are under 18 years of age, you may browse our Site. However, you may not provide personal information to us. For example, you cannot register. This site is not designed for persons under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a visitor under the age of 18 on the Site, we will delete the information from our records.

Personal information

Governing law

These terms of use are construed in accordance with the law of United Arab Emirates and you agree that the Dubai courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement. The laws of your country may be different from the laws in United Arab Emirates and there may be additional legal requirements for you to use this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website.

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the Site shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Dubai, expect that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate our intellectual property rights, we may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.

Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the International Chamber of Commerce.
